The Department of Life Sciences organised a Faculty Development Program on Outcome-Based Education, featuring 12 sessions with eminent scholars and academicians. The program covered key areas including framing course objectives, evaluation methods, teaching and learning in a Gurukulam setting, student engagement, inclusive practices, question bank generation using Bloom's Taxonomy and leveraging AI and technology in teaching and evaluation.
