Mr Dharmendra Pandey brings with him experience of having worked in various national and multinational companies which include Tata Teleservices, Reliance Infocom, and Bharti Airtel. His last assignment in 2014 was with redBus.in as Vice President and Director Operations, North India.
A Science Graduate from Delhi University and Post Diploma in Marketing & Sales from Board of Technical Education, Delhi he took his classroom theoretical knowledge to the field and contributed in bringing significant improvements in functions and verticals he led. He has enriched his knowledge and experience through direct communication with the end customer. To bring in efficiency in each vertical and understand business as a whole, he has taken challenging roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer service Operations and many more. Green Belt Sigma Certification helped him improve efficiency and reduce cost.
Working in diverse industries; from FMCG to medical electronics to Telecom and E-commerce in various capacities across the country gave him geographical and demographical understanding of the country. His natural flair for languages and his deep interest in culture has immensely helped him understand the people’s perspective and what motivates them for better engagement and improved performance.
Behavioral science always attracted him. Understanding people is his interest and passion. This led to his certification in Psychometric Assessment and behavioral intervention and he took a full-time assignment in Learning and Development.
He is associated with the Vivekananda Institute of Values (VIVA) for more than 7 years now and part of the Corporate Training and Capacity Building.
VIVA is division of the Ramakrishna Mission, Gurugram. With its mission as nation-building through transformation of mindsets, VIVA serves to provide value-based programs to citizens of the country - addressing corporate professionals, college students, senior citizens, men, women and children.
