On 25 March 2023, the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Mr Narendra Modi inaugurated Sri Madhusudan Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, in the presence of the Founder of the Institute – Sadguru Sri Madhusudan Sai. This is one-of-its-kind totally free private medical college established by the Prashanthi Balamandira Trust, and comes under the School of Healthcare Sciences of the Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence. It is also a constituent college of Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence.
