On September 6, 2023, students at Sri Sathya Sai University organized a grand celebration of Krishna Janmashtami. The day was filled with activities and events that showcased the unity, talent, and spiritual commitment of the student community.
The celebrations began with a beautiful backdrop and fun games for younger students. The main pooja ceremony was led by students from the Department of Vedic Studies, and featured multiple offerings and rituals. After the pooja, everyone watched Sadguru's live address from Muddenahalli.
In the afternoon, students participated in the pot-breaking ceremony and a cultural program featuring a group singing performance. The evening concluded with a moonlight dinner and Shayana Seva, a special service offered to Lord Krishna.
