Inauguration of V K Pillay Central Library

On January 14th, Sri Madhusudan Sai inaugurated the VK Pillay Central Library in the Sri Sathya Sai Rajeshwari Academic Block. Named after the late Prof VK Pillay, a dedicated Orthopaedic surgeon from Singapore, the library honours his legacy of service. The Pillay family, steadfast supporters of the Sri Madhusudan Sai Global Humanitarian Mission particularly in education and healthcare, continues to play a vital role.

During the ceremony, Dr. Ravi Pillay, son of Prof VK Pillay, expressed gratitude for naming the library after his father. Sri Madhusudan Sai emphasised the legacy of service, urging students of the medical college to embrace selflessness and contribute to the greater good of the world.
