Discussion:
Mr Tarashankar introduced the new staff who have joined the university. He also informed about the upcoming Para Vidya Orientation Program.
Dr Hanumanth appreciated all the departments in Muddenahalli Campus and the people who worked consistently for the Convocation event. He welcomed the new staff members and stressed on the importance of strengthening the spiritual journey of each member. He also shared some practices that help to receive the message more effectively, such as talking less, using mobile phones less, and focusing on one thought.
Prof Venugopal motivated the staff to participate in research activities and shared some areas for improvement in their day-to-day activities.
Prof Srikanta Murthy, the Vice Chancellor, spoke about the standards of the university that are being set due to the visits of the Prime Minister and the President. He also talked about the unique culture that the university follows and the importance of involvement in the upcoming Para Vidya programme. He also guided the staff on assigned duties, initiation, presenting papers, multi-disciplinary research, and human excellence.
