Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence is pleased to announce a Six‑Day Hands‑On Training Workshop in Bioinformatics — “From Sequence to Systems”, designed to introduce learners to modern computational tools, databases, and analytical platforms that bridge biology with computation.

Participants will engage with leading bioinformatics tools and platforms such as NCBI, UniProt, Ensembl, BLAST, Clustal Omega, MEGA X, IQ-TREE, PyMOL, SWISS‑MODEL, STRING, Cytoscape, ProTox-II, PyRx and more.

Day 1: Introduction to Bioinformatics & Biological Databases
Day 2: Molecular Phylogenetics in Genomics & Evolution
Day 3: Homology Modelling & Protein Structure Visualization
Day 4: Molecular Docking I – System Preparation
Day 5: Molecular Docking II – Execution & Analysis
Day 6: Systems Biology – Functional Enrichment & Network Analysis

Students: ₹1,200
Scholars / RAs / JRF / SRF: ₹2,000
Faculty / Post-Docs / Industry: ₹3,000
