About

The Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence envisions providing quality education of global standards aimed at developing human beings with compassionate hearts, brilliant intellects and competent hands to serve humanity.

As a part of this mission, the SSSUHE established an Innovation and Incubation Centre (IIC) with Sri.S.A.Vasudev, a former Scientist of DRDO as its Director. The IIC aims to inspire every Indian to use his heart, intellect, imagination and energy to identify significant problems faced by the common man, especially in rural India, and evolve solutions to these problems. The IIC seeks to act as a nodal agency to identify grass-root level innovators, motivate them and assist them with all necessary support to incubate an idea until it matures into a robust solution having the potential to be scaled and replicated across the country. The IIC aims to support innovations which further the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals in areas such as water supply, sanitation, roads, solar energy, rainwater harvesting, flood control, disaster management, waste management, low-cost housing and improved agricultural practices.
